This is a unique free service provided to the kin of the providerized patient to view the health bulletin of the patient. The said bulletin is updated periodically by the provider. However, this facility shall be enabled only if the patient gives his consent and shall be available to only such person as authorized by the patient.
The password to access the health bulletin of the patient shall be given to the patient or to the kin authorized by the patient. Users are, further, required to keep secret the password as given to them and the provider shall not be responsible for any unauthorized use thereof.
At any given time the bulletin may not reflect the accuracy and timeliness of the condition of the patient. We do not take any responsibility in case the patient condition changes after publishing the progress report.
